When is the soccer season?

Fall season usually starts the weekend after Labor Day and goes until mid November.

Spring season usually starts the weekend before Spring Break and goes until mid May.

When does registration open?

All registration is done online.  For the Fall season, registration will start early-Mid June.  For the Spring season, registration will start early-mid December.

How much is the registration fee?

Early Registration fee $95; Regular Registration fee $110; Late Registration fee $125

What is included in the registration fee?

 Insurance, Field Usage, Player & Coach Registration through North Texas Soccer, Referee Pay, Administrative Costs, Awards (4U-8U)

Do we offer discounts?

We offer a $10 sibling discount that will be taken off each additional child’s registration, once the first player has been registered and paid in full.

How are players separated into teams?

Players are separated into teams based on their birth year (Google: North Texas Soccer Age Chart)

4U, 5U & 6U teams are co-ed; starting in the 7U age group, teams are separated by gender

Can my child play with a friend?

In most cases, yes!  Make sure your child is registered before the regular registration deadline, and the request is noted in the Team Request box when you register.  Requests are not guaranteed, but the commissioners try their best to grant them.

Can I coach my child’s team?

We are always looking for great coaches to join our association!  All coaches are volunteers.  If you are interested in coaching, please complete the Coach/Volunteer Registration form, found in the Coaches section of the website.

How much are uniforms?

There is a wide variety of uniform options, but full game day uniform (jersey, shorts & socks) cost usually falls between $30-$50.

When are practices?

Coaches make their own practice schedule.  Most will practice 1-2 times p/week, with practices lasting from 1-2hrs.

What other equipment is needed?

Soccer ball (see below), shin guards, practice socks, game day uniform (to be purchased through your child’s coach/manager)

4U-8U – Size 3

9U-12U – Size 4

13U-19U – Size 5

When will schedules be released?

Schedules are completed by a third party, so we have no control of when they’ll be released.   They are usually out the Wednesday before the first game.

Where are games played?

Each season, you’ll play up to 10 games, weather and season length permitting. 

For U9 & older teams: HOME games will be played at one of our 2 HOME FIELD locations.  AWAY games will be played at other locations. 

For U4-U8 teams:  All games will be played in Waxahachie.
